Permanent Placement Recruiting Services

  • Retained Search: We recommend this option when seeking to fill your most crucial executive, management and staffing positions when time is a critical factor. As part of our retained search services, we create and execute a search strategy tailored to your specific requirements.
  • Priority Search: Designed for clients who want to engage a firm and be a top priority without the expense of using a retained search firm, our Priority Search agreement requires a third of the fee paid up front with the balance due upon successful completion. This search also includes a performance guarantee.
  • Contingency Search: Designed to fill both individual search assignments and ongoing openings, this search does not require full payment unless we fill the position.
